About us Hello everyone! This is Larkynn. I've seen groups dedicated to trading llamas, trading art but not one for trading critiques. Thus Critique-Trade was born. I hope for everyone to get better at writing critiques and, of course, using critiques on getting better at their artwork. Now, I am new to being a group admin and this is my first group so if anyone has any question, comments, or concerns feel free to send me a note. Rules Up to three submissions per day. (Subject to change as the group grows.) Art must be in compliance with DeviantArt's rules and regulations. Please try to submit to the correct folder. Feel free to ask if you do not know which folder something needs to go into. Only submit your best works into the feature folder. Please be kind in your critiques. There is constructive criticism and there is just being plain mean. There will be journals and link posted soon on how to give good comments/critiques. If someone doesn't have the ability to ask critiques (non-subscribers), then leave nice long critique like comments. (More on that later) On the group comment page, you may ask for critiques and post a link to the artwork you wish to be critiqued. When someone responds or critiques, ask them which piece they would like you to critique. Please when you receive a critique, give one back. Remember the whole part of this group is to give and receive critiques. Rules are subject to change. If there is any major rule change, a notice will be sent out to all members on the change. |
